How can I join?

A private members' Club, membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 and the membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March, irrespective of when during the year that you first join. For new members (not renewals) joining for the first time in January, February or March, the first period of membership runs until 31st March of the following year, i.e. up to 15 months.
Rates are set by the Committee and are as follows for 2021-22 (no change since last year):

Single membership: £14 (or £7 (50% discount) for 2020-21 members renewing)
Joint membership: £22 (or £11 (50% discount) for 2020-21 members renewing)
Single concession: £7 (or £3.50 (50% discount) for 2020-21 members renewing)
Joint concession: £11 (or £5.50 (50% discount) for 2020-21 members renewing)

RENEWING MEMBERS (THOSE WHO PAID FOR 2020-21 OR 2019-20) NEED TO COME INTO THE CLUB AND COMPLETE THE RENEWAL FORM AND PAY THE APPROPRIATE RENEWAL FEE BEFORE BEING SERVED.

EX-MEMBERS FROM TWO OR MORE YEARS AGO NEED TO REAPPLY DUE TO THE TERMS OF OUR LICENCE AND WAIT 48 HOURS.

We don't accept new members or renewals during December.
New members can join by coming in and collecting/completing a form and making the appropriate payment, or printing off the form below and bringing it in with the payment. Membership takes a minimum 48 hours to be approved due to the terms of our Club premises licence.
Any new membership is subject to approval of your application by the committee and is not immediate. Once approved, your card should be ready for collection a week later but you can use your allocated number to purchase drinks. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER TO PURCHASE DRINKS - THIS IS A CONDITION OF OUR LICENCE and your number will be recorded for each purchase. You earn loyalty points for each purchase which are distrubuted in January.
There is no charge for Under 18s attending with parents/guardians (all U18s must be accompanied); once children reach 18 they need to have their own membership or be signed in.
GUESTS
Each member can sign in up to two non-members as guests per visit, a guest fee of 50p is payable. Members remain responsible for their guests at all times.
Members can sign in the same guest 3 times a year ... after that we would ask the guest to join :-).
Most Club events are free to members and their signed-in guests, but some exceptions apply from time to time.
